PROSERVICES

ProTrack

  • Offender dials a designated number assigned to your Court and answers a series of questions. The answers are automatically added to the Adult Probation application and if the offender answered a question which triggers an alert, the assigned Pro-bation Officer is notified.

  • Offender is sent a reminder 15 days prior to their first report including electronic version of in-structions. If an offender fails to report by 6:30 pm on any scheduled report day, a reminder is sent to the offender via text, email and/or voice call to remind them they are required to report. If the offender fails to report on their scheduled reporting day, the assigned officer is notified.

For offenders who either do not have technology (smart phones, computers, tablets, etc.) or offenders who are not allowed to possess technology (sex offenders, etc), ProTrack allows offenders to report by phone.

ProMobile

For offenders who do have a smart phone, computer or tablet, ProMobile allows offenders to report using the Internet.

The offender is required to answer questions, but within ProMobile, additional data is able to be collected that is not able to be collected using ProTrack.

  • For example, if a defendant reports that they changed their address or had contact with law enforce-ment, ProMobile is able to capture their new address and details about the incident with Law Enforcement. The answers are automatically added to the Adult Probation application and if the offender answered a question which triggers an alert, the assigned Probation Officer is notified.

  • Offender is sent reminder 15 days prior to their first report including electronic version of instructions. If an offender fails to report by 6:30 pm, a reminder is sent to the offender via text, email and/or voice call to remind them they are required to report.
If the offender fails to report on their scheduled reporting day, the assigned officer
    is notified.

ProMobile provides additional capabilities including:

  • Offender is able to send messages to probation including:

    • General messages to reduce the amount of voice mails left for probation officer to listen to and then redundantly documenting or forgetting to document that message in the Probation Application.

    • Request Travel Permits and receive responses back on whether travel request was approved or denied

    • Submit photos as requested by Probation Officer if the offender reports a change of address, new car, new tattoo, etc. For example, an Offender can send image of their residence, car or tattoo as directed by Probation Officer so Probation has information automatically captured until the Officer can make a home visit or face to face contact

    • Submit daily/weekly Electronic Monitoring schedule

    • Submit daily activities as required by certain Intermediate Punishment programs

  • Receive messages from Probation Officer including but not limited to reporting schedule, random drug test, etc.

  • Display their next court date, next office appointment and supervision plan so offender always has access to this in-formation in case offender misplaces paperwork.

*Both Protrack/ProMobile services are not limited to monthly reporting. We encourage Probation Offices to use the services as much as required per the individual sentence. Integrating these services into office policy for different levels of supervision or sentences provides guidance on their use. Offenders can report monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, daily or ad hoc as requested by Probation.

ProCommunication

For Pretrial and daily supervision of cases, ProCommunication provides another tool for Pro-bation Offices to provide supervision services as directed by the Court. ProCommunication includes the following:

  • Send out automatic reminders to offenders office visits, drug tests in certain situations, community service, and Court hearings. The reminders are sent out via Text, Email and/or Voice Recording. The information is automatically captured and documented within the Adult Probation application. If the offender replies back to a text, the system captures the text and alerts the Probation Officer assigned to the case.

  • Ability for Probation Officer to send out custom text to offender. For example, Officer might need to ask defendant question or reschedule an appointment. Instead of making multiple calls that go unanswered, or making a call and being held on the phone for 10 minutes, Officer can send a text and that information is captured within the Adult Proba-tion application. Any response text messages from offender are automatically captured with the system and the assigned Officer is notified.

  • Coming Soon:

    • Ability to send out payment reminders each month for active offenders and collection cases to increase collections.

    • Alert staff when payment has not been received so action can be taken immediately.
