District Attorney Application – Prosecutor Management System

Serving 53 District Attorney (DA) Offices over the past 8 years within theCommonwealth of Pennsylvania.  The application provides case management of criminal dockets.  Significant features include:

Adult Probation Application – AP

35 Adult Probation Office deployments in a period of four (4) years within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  The application provides offender management for Pretrial and Sentenced cases.  Significant features include:

  • Integration with Court of Common Pleas which provides ability to pre-populate case information from Docket sheet to reduce redundant data entry, provide all upcoming court hearings, retrieve financial information on court ordered costs, submit probation data electronically to Board of Probation and Parole, submit active cases to State-Wide notification service.

  • Pre-populate documents with case information to reduce redundant data entry with every day forms including Pre-Sentence Investigation Reports for the Court

  • Custom reports and lists for office and case management

  • Texting within application to communicate with offenders, accept text replies back from offenders with alert notification to probation officer

  • ProTrack/ProMobile Reporting service for offender reporting to reduce monthly mailings and manual, inefficient reporting processes

  • Supervised Release File NCIC entry so all criminal justice agencies running a background check are alerted of the status of the probation/parole supervision and the agency providing the supervision.

Criminal Complaint E-Filing Services Deployed in two Counties (York and Delaware) within Pennsylvania, the Criminal Complaint E-Filing application provides the following features:

  • Allows Police Record Management systems to submit criminal complaint data to be filed with the Court of Common Pleas and reduced redundant data entry by Magisterial District Attorney staff.

  • Provide District Attorney Notification if a complaint requires approval prior to submission.

  • Creates a file to be consumed by the PA Commonwealth Photograph Imaging Network (CPIN) to reduce redundant data entry during the booking process.

  • Police Departments without a Record Management System can use our Stand-Alone Criminal Complaint Web Form to E-File

  • Criminal Docket Case Disposition
